FALL NIGHT SCHOOL SIGN UPS

Our fall session of Night School begins September 10th and runs through November 15th. Math and science courses will be held Mondays/Tuesdays from 3:30-6:30 pm. English/Social studies courses will be held Wednesdays/Thursdays from 3:30-6:30pm.  Counselors will send out documentation to students who have signed up. Please make sure to arrive on time. See you then!

 Students, Parents, Teachers, and Pine Forest Staff, please use the following form to directly communicate with your guidance counselor and/or to schedule an appointment.  Should you have any questions, or in case of a guidance emergency please contact your guidance counselor directly.

New Student Information

Students enrolling at Pine Forest High School should have the following documents available:

  • A copy of current IEP or 504 if applicable.
  • The student being enrolled needs to be present.
  • Transcript of grades from last school with the grading scale.
  • Numerical withdrawal grades if enrolling after the school year has begun.
  • Copy of birth certificate and social security card.
  • Current physical (from in state or out of state)
  • Florida Certification of Immunization (DH Form 680):  This form must be signed by a Florida physician or clinic.
  • A physical and certification of immunization must be obtained within 30 days after enrolling in school.
  • Proof of Residence: Gulf Power Bill, ECUA Bill, Lease agreement or a Rent Receipt with the parent’s name and address listed.

Student volunteers are needed on October 13th to assist with the Expo. Deadline to sign up is September 28, 2018. Please see the flyer below for more information.

Community Resources: Please call United Way 2-1-1 or 850-595-5905 for resources in Escambia County or see your Guidance Counselor for more information.

 

FOCUS: Focus Parent Portal is the district's portal for grades, assignments, GPA, graduation status, teacher contact and more.  On the PFHS home page, click on the big red dot titled FOCUS in the upper left corner, enter the username and your password to obtain access.

  • Use this link to access registration instructions and helpful tips for first time Parent Portal users.

 

Parent-Teacher conferences: We encourage high school students to work with teachers for extra help or assistance and to communicate with teachers. Please use this valuable resource- your teachers are here for you!
